F: Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einem "presale" und einem "reduced" Ticket?
A: Alle auf unserer Website verkauften Karten sind "presale". Die "reduced" Tickets sind für Personen, die nicht über die nötigen finanziellen Mittel verfügen: Schüler, SGBII / Bürgergeld Empfänger, Asylbewerber, Sozialhilfe-Empfänger.
F: Wann erhalte ich eine Ticketbestätigung?
A: Wenn das Geld von Ihrem Konto abgebucht wurde, könnt ihr sicher sein, dass wir eure Bestellung erhalten haben. Wir sind gerade dabei, alle Tickets zu sortieren und zu nummerieren, und die ersten Bestätigungs-E-Mails werden ab Anfang nächster Woche verschickt.
F: Sind die Tickets für alle Veranstaltungen am jeweiligen Konferenztag gültig?
A: Ja, ihr könnt an allen Veranstaltungen des jeweiligen Konferenztages teilnehmen. Mit den Wochenendtickets könnt ihr an allen Tagen teilnehmen.
F: Wo findet die Konferenz statt?
A: Der Kongress findet in Berlin statt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden wir den genauen Ort erst ein paar Tage vor dem 12. April bekannt geben.
F: Wie können wir den Kongress unterstützen?
A: Im Moment ist die beste Möglichkeit, uns zu unterstützen, unsere Spendenaktion und die Beiträge in den sozialen Medien zu teilen, um Spenden zu sammeln und den Kongress zu ermöglichen! Kauft eure Tickets jetzt, bevor sie ausverkauft sind!
F: In welcher Sprache wird die Konferenz abgehalten?
A: Die Hauptsprachen für die Veranstaltungen werden Englisch und Deutsch sein. Es wird professionelle Synchronübersetzungen mit Kopfhörern geben, die ins Englische, Deutsche und Arabische übersetzen.

A: The conference will take place in Berlin. For security reasons, we won’t share the exact location until a few days before April 12th.

Q: What language will the conference be held in?
A: The primary languages for the events will be English and German. There will be professional synchronic translations with headsets with translations into English, German and Arabic.
