Die Palästinenser:innen erleiden einen Völkermord. Israel vernichtet Gaza und seine Bevölkerung. Bis Februar 2024 wurden 1.9 Millionen Menschen vertrieben. Mehr als 30'000 Palästinenser:innen wurden durch das israelische Militär getötet. Infrastruktur, Krankenhäuser, Universitäten, Schulen, Verwaltungsgebäude und Wohnblocks wurden zerbombt. Hunderttausende leiden an Hunger, haben keinen Zugang zu sauberem Trinkwasser und Medizin.
In Reaktion darauf klagte Südafrika im Januar Israel vor dem Internationalen Gerichtshof des Genozids an. Das Gericht räumte Anzeichen für einen Genozid ein. Die deutsche Regierung antwortete unmittelbar. Der Vorwurf des Völkermordes „entbehre jeglicher Grundlage“.
Tatsächlich ist die Selbstgerechtigkeit der deutschen Regierung bodenlos. Seit Oktober 2023 verzehnfachte sie die Waffenlieferungen an Israel. Wenige Tage nach dem Schiedsspruch des internationalen Gerichtshofes und während der Hunger grassiert, erklärte die deutsche Regierung, ihre humanitäre Unterstützung an die Palästinenser:innen einzustellen.
Deutschland erklärt Recht zu Unrecht. Deutschland Unterstützt einen Genozid.
Kommt zahlreich am 12.-14. April nach Berlin zum Palästina-Kongress 2024!
Gemeinsam werden wir mit Stimmen der palästinensischen Bewegung und der internationalen Gemeinschaft Anklage gegen die israelische Apartheid, Genozid und die deutsche Mitschuld erheben.
Der Palästina Kongress wird zahlreiche Key Note Speakers, Panels und Workshops sehen. Er wird auch ein Raum des Organisierens und Vernetzens der Bewegung sein. Zusammen diskutieren wir über die Perspektiven unserer Bewegung auf der Grundlage einer gemeinsamen Resolution. Praktische Schritte für Aktionen in Betrieb, Uni, Schule, Kunst und Kultur sollen besprochen und beschlossen werden. Ein abendliches Kulturprogramm und palästinensisches Catering sorgen für Gemeinschaft und Wohlbefinden.
Nie wieder für Alle
Der Lärm der Bombardements in Palästina wird nur durch das dröhnende Schweigen der deutschen Gesellschaft übertroffen. Der Genozid in Gaza ist daher auch eine deutsche Zäsur. Die deutsche Regierung unterstützt schamlos und vor der Weltöffentlichkeit einen Völkermord. Demokratische Rechte wurden ausgehebelt, um Proteste für einen Waffenstillstand zum Schweigen zu bringen. Die Versammlungsfreiheit, die Organisationsfreiheit, die Freiheit von Presse und Wissenschaft wurden massiv eingeschränkt.
Der deutsche Staat reproduziert im Inland ein Regime der Besatzung und der Entrechtung, die der israelische Staat seit 1948 gegenüber den Palästinenser:innen praktiziert.
Dieser historische Bruch erfordert Widerstand. Deutsche Politiker:innen bemühen eine zynische Neuinterpretation der Geschichte und rechtfertigen im Namen des „Nie Wieder“ ihre Unterstützung eines Genozids. Sollte ihnen dies ohne Widerstand gelingen, wird auch in Deutschland das Undenkbare wieder machbar.
Wir werden dieses Schweigen gemeinsam durchbrechen und fordern:
Sofortiger Waffenstillstand, sofortiger Rückzug der israelischen Armee
Sofortige Aufhebung jeglicher Beschränkungen humanitärer Hilfe nach Gaza und die volle Ausfinanzierung der UNRWA.
Sofortige Öffnung aller Grenzübergänge von Rafah bis Allenby. Reißt die Apartheidsmauern ein.
Vollständige Reparationen Israels, Deutschlands und weiterer Verbündeter an das palästinensische Volk.
Sofortige Einstellung jeglicher militärischer, diplomatischer und wirtschaftlicher Unterstützung Israels durch den deutschen Staat sowie ein umfassendes Militärembargo.
Nein zu der Verwendung der zionistischen IHRA Definition durch jegliche Institutionen oder staatliche Behörden.
Schluss mit der Kriminalisierung und Repressionen der Palästina-Solidaritätsbewegung in Deutschland. Sofortiger Stopp jeder Kriminalisierung palästinensischer Organisationen und Individuen, sowie aller Abschiebungen.
Durchsetzung des Rückkehrrechts der palästinensischen Geflüchteten sowie Ende des seit über 76 Jahren andauernden zionistischen Siedlerkolonialismus und ethnischer Säuberung des gesamten besetzten Palästinas.
Gleichheit und Gerechtigkeit werden nur regieren, Frieden wird nur herrschen mit der vollumfänglichen Beendigung der Unterdrückung der Palästinenser:innen. Wir kämpfen für ein Ende des zionistischen Siedlerkolonialismus und seiner Apartheidpolitik im gesamten historischen Palästina, damit alle Menschen - egal ihrer Religion oder ethnischen Zugehörigkeiten, egal ob muslimisch, jüdisch oder christlich - unter gleichen Rechten leben können. Dies schließt die Notwendigkeit der Durchsetzung des Rückkehrrechts aller palästinensischen Geflüchteten mit ein.
Im Kampf für diese Ziele rufen wir zu einer breiten Kampagne von Boykott, Desinvestitionen und Sanktionen gegen den israelischen Staat in Deutschland auf. Wir rufen Gewerkschaften, Beschäftigte und die Bevölkerung dazu auf, Waffenlieferungen zu stoppen. Jegliche Rechtfertigung und Unterstützung des Genozids in jedweder Form ist durch Streiks oder zivilen Ungehorsam zu stoppen.

We Accuse
The Palestinians are suffering a genocide. Israel is destroying Gaza and its population. By February 2024, 1.9 million people had been displaced. More than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli military. Infrastructure, hospitals, universities, schools, administrative buildings and apartment blocks lay destroyed. Hundreds of thousands suffer from hunger and have no access to clean drinking water or medicine.
In response, South Africa indicted Israel for genocide at the International Court of Justice in January. The court recognised evidence of genocide. The German government responded immediately. The accusation of genocide "lacks any basis".
In fact, the German government's self-righteousness is brazen. Since October 2023, it has increased arms deliveries to Israel tenfold. A few days after the ruling of the International Court of Justice and while hunger is rampant, the German government declared that it would cease its humanitarian support to the Palestinians.
Germany declares injustice to be just. Germany supports a genocide.
Join us for the Palestine Conference on 12-14 April 2024!
Together, with the voices of the Palestinian movement and the international community, we will denounce Israeli apartheid and genocide. We accuse Germany of being complicit.
The Palestine Conference will see numerous keynote speakers, panels and workshops. It will also be a space for organising and networking within the movement. Together we will discuss the perspectives of our movement on the basis of a common resolution. Practical steps for actions in the workplace, universities, schools, arts and culture will be discussed and decided upon. An evening cultural programme and Palestinian catering will ensure a sense of community and well-being.
Never Again for All
The noise of bombardments in Palestine is only surpassed by the droning silence of German society. The genocide in Gaza is therefore a turning point in German history. The German government is shamelessly supporting a genocide in front of the world public. Democratic rights were undermined in order to silence protests calling for a ceasefire. Freedom of assembly, freedom of organisation, freedom of the press and academic freedom were massively curtailed.
At home, the German state is reproducing a regime of occupation and disenfranchisement that the Israeli state has practiced against Palestinians since 1948.
This historical rupture requires resistance. German politicians are endeavouring to cynically reinterpret history and justify their support for genocide in the name of "never again". If they succeed in doing this without resistance, the unthinkable will once again become feasible in Germany.
We will break this silence together and demand:
Immediate ceasefire, immediate withdrawal of the Israeli army.
Immediate cancellation of all restrictions on humanitarian aid to Gaza and full funding of UNRWA.
Immediate opening of all border crossings from Rafah to Allenby. Tear down the apartheid walls.
Full reparations by Israel, Germany and other Israeli allies to the Palestinian people.
Immediate cessation of all military, diplomatic and economic support for Israel by the German state as well as a comprehensive military embargo.
No to the use of the Zionist IHRA definition by any institution or state authority.
Stop the criminalisation and repression of the Palestine solidarity movement in Germany. Immediately stop all criminalisation of Palestinian organisations and individuals, as well as all deportations.
Enforce the right of return of Palestinian refugees and end the Zionist settler colonialism and ethnic cleansing of the entire occupied Palestine that has been going on for over 76 years.
Equality and justice will only reign, peace will only prevail with the complete end of the oppression of Palestinians. We fight for an end to Zionist settler colonialism and its apartheid policies in all of historic Palestine, so that all people - regardless of religion or ethnicity, regardless if Muslim, Jewish or Christian - can live under the same equal rights. This includes the necessity to implement the right of return for all Palestinian refugees.
In the struggle for these goals, we call for a broad campaign of boycott, divestment and sanctions against the Israeli state in Germany. We call on trade unions, employees and the population to stop arms deliveries. All justification and support for genocide in any form must be stopped through strikes or civil disobedience.
مؤتمر فلسطين 2024
سنحاكمكم!
12-14 أبريل/نيسان، برلين
إن الجرائم المنتهكة للقانون الدولي المتواصلة و المستمرة التي يرتكبها الجيش الإسرائيلي بحق اهلنا في غزة تتطلب تضامننا ومشاركتنا الفعالة من أجل فلسطين. منذ أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2023، قتل القصف الإسرائيلي العشوائي أكثر من 26 ألف إنسان في غزة، وشرد أكثر من 1.9 مليون مدني، ودمر البنية التحتية الطبية بشكل كامل. لم يعد بإمكان الرأي العام الألماني أن يبقى صامتاً!
رغم كل هذا الوضوح ما زالت وسائل الإعلام الألمانية و السياسيون الألمان اصحاب القرار يستهينون بالفظائع التي ترتكبها دولة إسرائيل بل ويقللون من شأنها و يبررونها معتبرينها "دفاعًا عن النفس". والأنكى من ذلك ارتفاع كمية شحنات الأسلحة والذخيرة الألمانية لإسرائيل إلى عشرة أضعافها في عام 2023 حيث تعمل صناعة الأسلحة الألمانية على تعظيم أرباحها وتصبح الإبادة الجماعية في غزة ليست فقط أكثر وضوحًا بل و تجارة مربحة كذلك . لا يمكننا أبداً أن نغض الطرف أو أن نغمض أعيننا تجاه هذا الظلم الصارخ!
جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا رفعت دعوة قضائية ضد إسرائيل بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم إبادة جماعية في غزة أمام محكمة العدل الدولية في 11 يناير 2024. وبينما كانت المحاكمة لا تزال جارية، أصدرت الحكومة الفيدرالية الألمانية حكمها دون أي دليل: فالاتهام بالإبادة الجماعية، وفقًا للحكومة الالمانية ، "ليس له أي أساس من الصحة على الإطلاق". و في الوقت الذي يتزايد فيه القمع الغير مبرر ضد التضامن مع القضية الفلسطينية في ألمانيا، و تجريم المتضامنين أمام القانون و الرأي العام ، اظهرت استطلاعات الرأي أن 61% من الألمان يعتقدون أن العمل العسكري الإسرائيلي في غزة غير مبرر. وهذا يدل على أن دعاية و بروبغندا النظام الحاكم لم تعد قادرة على إقناع أو التأثير بشكل طاغي على الأغلبية العظمى كما كان عليه الحال من قبل!
من خلال مؤتمرنا، مؤتمر فلسطين، نرنوا لإنشاء منصة للنضال المشترك ضد اضطهاد الشعب الفلسطيني والاستعمار الاستيطاني الصهيوني المستمر منذ أكثر من 76 عامًا.

فلتصدح أصواتنا عالياً تضامنًا مع نضال الشعب الفلسطيني من أجل الحرية وتقرير المصير . لنكسر سوياً حاجز الصمت وندين علناً دولة إسرائيل الاستعمارية والدعم المطلق و غير المشروط لها من قبل الحكومة الألمانية وأجزاء كبيرة من المؤسسة السياسية في ألمانيا!
سنختتم المؤتمر بمحاكمة مجازية علنية نقاضي من خلالها الحكومة الألمانية بتهمة التواطؤ في الإبادة الجماعية في غزة
سنحاكمهم!!!
مطالبنا واضحة:
· إنهاء التطهير العرقي في فلسطين المحتلة.
· إنهاء الاستعمار الاستيطاني الصهيوني وسياسة الفصل العنصري.
· وقف دعم الحكومة الألمانية المعنوي والمادي لجرائم إسرائيل المخالفة للقانون الدولي.
· إنهاء تجريم وقمع الحراك التضامني مع فلسطين في ألمانيا
· إنهاء استخدام وتطبيق تعريف التحالف الدولي لإحياء ذكرى المحرقة (IHRA) الصهيوني لمعاداة السامية، من قبل أي مؤسسة أو سلطة حكومية
· وقف فوري ونهائي لإطلاق النار، وفتح معبر رفح، والسماح بدخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى غزة
· حق العودة للاجئين الفلسطينيين
· حظر عسكري شامل على الكيان
· وقف تجريم المنظمات الفلسطينية وجميع عمليات الترحيل القسري للاجيئين
· إنهاء القيود المفروضة على الحقوق الديمقراطية (حق التجمع/حق التظاهر) للناشطين المؤيدين لفلسطين والمتضامنين مع القضية الفلسطينية
سيكون هناك مساحة كافية خلال المؤتمر للتواصل وتبادل الأفكار
كونوا جزءاً من المقاومة و ليس فقط متضامنين معها!
